We’re taking over the garden at Chilam Balam for an adults-only evening of rowdy bingo, Texas-inspired food alongside authentic Mexican, creative shots, cold drinks and prizes worth playing for. Come with friends or by yourself. Claim a table and settle in for the kind of Saturday that makes slow season feel a whole lot less slow.

Three Rounds. Three Ways to Play.
Borracho Bingo combines music, trivia and classic bingo into one wild mash-up. This is not your typical bingo night.
Round one is Music Bingo, where you’ll match songs instead of numbers.
Round two puts your knowledge to the test with Western and Tex-Mex trivia.
The night finishes with a classic numbered Blackout Bingo round.
Shot specials will be available between rounds, and selected purchases will earn you extra Blackout Bingo cards for the final round.
Every round includes a cash prize, so come ready to play, laugh, drink and win.

Texas Flavor With a Puerto Morelos Twist
Barbecue, Tex-Mex & Gringo-Friendly Favorites
Expect a fun, crowd-friendly menu inspired by Texas barbecue and Tex-Mex favorites, with Chilam Balam giving several dishes its own Puerto Morelos spin. Think bold, casual food made for sharing between rounds—familiar enough to satisfy a gringo craving, but still rooted in the kitchen hosting the night.
Chilam Balam’s regular menu will also be available throughout the evening, including tacos, ceviches, seafood, nachos, pastas and other Mexican favorites. So whether you come hungry for the special event dishes or prefer to order from the restaurant’s usual menu, there will be plenty to choose from.
